Over the years, a favorite part of going to the bear center in Ely was watching Honey shed her thick beautiful coat. This image was made in August of 2014 when we brought my sister-in-law and niece for a visit. Today the bear community mourns her passing. She was a great Ambassador! To all who loved her, my heart breaks with yours. Rest in Peace sweet Honey, your impact through education lives on!
